Contest rules

Here are the 'Contest' forum rules:
1. Double-posting is allowed only if the topic author allowes you to.
2. You are free to create number counting topics as long as there's an award for the person who comments the specific number told by the topic author. This is because it has to be a contest otherwise it'll be considered as SPAM.
3. It has to be fair. So that means if you're trading for example, both people have to trade something for another, not just one. If that contest is a rip off, report it to an Admin or Mod and they'll deal with the person who created it.
4. Just have fun!
